TV by the Decade :: September 23•30

Touchstone Television

It’s week four of our new video feature TV by the Decade, and this week we look back through the decades to the fourth week of September. This week in 1968 was filled with premieres and, surprisingly, one of those shows is still on the air today celebrating its 50th season. On the other side of things, there were no new shows premiering this week in 1988. But there are some classics here and some noble failures. Take a look to see what the week of September 23-30 held through the decades.
