Lifetime

Only two new ‘blank and you missed them’ TV series premiered this week across the decades despite some talent in their casts who went on to bigger and better things … or some who were already well-established in the industry. Both shows ran on cable networks, one basic, one premium, but neither lasted more than a single season. Read on to see if you remember either of this week’s shows.

July 29 – Leap Years

  • Synopsis: Five friends. Fifteen years. Pushing each other’s buttons all the way.

  • Trivia: The show was structured as a series of flashbacks to 1993 and flashforwards to 2008.
