FOX announces spring premiere dates

FOX

FOX has finally set dates for some of the new series announced for the 2016-2017 season, while also setting dates for the returns of the network’s classic series 24 and Prison Break. During the network’s press presentation, it was revealed that talks are taking place to bring back The X-Files for another season, with more than six episodes but less than a full season, and that there is still a possibility for a third season of Scream Queens despite being the lowest rated drama on the big four networks (include The CW and the recently renewed Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is the lowest rated series on the five major broadcast networks). Fans of Pitch can remain cautiously hopeful about that show’s future as well. Even with low ratings, the network loves the show and seems willing to let it find an audience.

As for the rest of the 2016-2017 season, FOX has four new series premieres on the list with return dates for two shows currently taking a break. Below is the list of premiere dates for FOX’s winter/spring lineup.
